How long do orders take?
Orders are usually processed, packaged, or custom made within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days via Australia Post or a courier. Please note that delivery times may vary, and occasional delays can occur. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please check the Australia Post website.

Do you have a shopfront?
Yes! Our shop is open to the public 7 days a week at:
70 Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Opening hours can be found on our Contact Us / Opening Hours page.
We are closed on public holidays. As a small family-run business, there may be times we close early due to family commitments. If you're travelling from out of town, feel free to call ahead to confirm we’re open.

What are your products made from?
All of our products are made from high-quality mild steel.

Are your products Australian made?
Yes, all of our metal wall art and garden art is designed, cut, and handcrafted onsite at our Wagga Wagga workshop. We are proudly licensed Australian Made.

How do I care for my metal artwork?
Mild steel will naturally continue to rust over time, creating a beautiful aged patina. If you’d prefer to preserve the current finish, apply a product called Penetrol. It’s a clear, oil-based metal sealer that can be found in the paint preparation aisle of most hardware stores. Penetrol helps prevent further rusting and reduces the chance of staining on walls, pavers, or fences.

What finishes are available?
We offer two finish options:

  • Rusted steel (pre-weathered for a rustic look)

  • Raw steel (bare metal, ideal for painting or powder coating)

Do you ship your products?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide. You can also select local pickup during checkout. Please see our Postage and Local Pickup page for details.

Is both sides of the artwork rusted?
Most of our wall art and garden art is pre-rusted on one side. Some 3D pieces and garden sculptures are rusted on all sides. The untreated side will naturally rust over time when exposed to the elements.

Will the rust colour change over time?
Yes, rust colour changes naturally. When you receive your piece, it may be in the early stages of rusting. Over time, it will develop into deeper shades depending on exposure and weather conditions.

Refund Policy

Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us. We will assist you with returning the item and offer either a refund or replacement.
Please note: Damage from regular wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
