Old n' Dazed Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Old n' Dazed. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Refunds
Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at admin@oldndazed.com.au and send your item to:

Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Insurance: If you're returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty products
Goods are classed as faulty if they are damaged in transit, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you think a product is faulty please contact us and we will assist you with organising to return the product. If the item is deemed faulty, we will either issue a refund for the price you paid for the product or if you wish we can provide a replacement.
