An uncanny resemblance

The rusted cocker spaniel is a wonderful addition to our beloved Max who lost his life last month. The likeness is uncanny and the beautiful wall hanging takes pride and place in our alfresco for all to see. Old n Dazed are making the name 'Max' in a rusted finish to compliment the image. Great likeness

Hi Matt I am very happy with the Cocker Spaniel however I was concerned at the number of sharp edges on the back where the cuttouts have been made.
I did use a grinder to remove the most dangerous ones.
I also did a cleanup of both front and back which gave the whole dog a consistant colour then I sprayed it with a protective clear laquer as I did not want it to have the rusted apearance.
Came up a treat.

Matt, the cocker is beautiful. I bought this as a birthday gift & can't surprise them with it till August, but I have to say I was very emotional when I opened it. It is identical to a much loved golden cocker spaniel of my daughters, so I can imagine it will definitely bring tears to her eyes (but in a good way) when she finally gets to open it. I know it will bring years of great memories every time she looks at it.
The workmanship is wonderful and I was impressed with the quality of the steel. I wasn't expecting it to be as thick as it is.
