Recently we said our goodbyes to our beloved horse after many, many years as part of our family. To mark her resting place, I contacted Matt to ask if he could customise the Horseshoe piece or have any other suggestions that he could customise. Not only was the reply very prompt, the answer re the Horseshoe was yes! The communication throughout was clear and prompt, the production and receival far exceeded any time expectation and the piece itself - absolutely perfect! This is the second time Matt has customised a piece for us, the first had the option available, this one I specifically asked for. Not only is Matt and his team brilliant at their craft, they are more than approachable, friendly and always efficient. I have several OldnDazed pieces around our home now and look forward to adding many more!
