Great product and excellent customer service.

The product that I ordered came swiftly and was everything that I expected, but only 4 stars because the packaging, consisting of two pieces of stiff cardboard stapled together, was an issue with my local post office. The staples used were large industrial one and too long for the vardboard so each side had a number of sharp staple ends ready to slice the hands of anyone who touched the parcel.
As a rural customer, I was lucky that our Post Office is staffed by guys who were willing to give a bit of leeway - despite the cuts both had from the staple. Had we had a suburban Post Office, I doubt they would have been quite to relaxed about it.
